1. The short version
TougeX is pre-launch. Today, this website collects one thing you give us — your email address, if you join the waitlist — plus standard anonymous analytics. There are no accounts, no payments, and no user content yet.
2. What we collect
Waitlist email: if you submit the waitlist form, we store the email address you provide, the time you submitted it, and the page you submitted it from. We then send a confirmation email; you are only treated as a waitlist subscriber if you click the confirmation link (double opt-in). Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic (pages visited, approximate location, device type). Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you to us.
3. Why we collect it
The waitlist email is used for one purpose: to tell you about TougeX launches and progress. We do not sell or rent your email address. Analytics helps us understand which pages are useful.
4. Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors. The Site does not otherwise use advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Where your data lives
Waitlist emails are stored with Resend, our email service provider, and used only to send you the confirmation email and TougeX launch updates. Analytics data is processed by Google. [Placeholder: the final list of processors and storage locations will be confirmed before launch.]
6. Your choices
Every waitlist email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and the confirmation email includes a removal link — clicking either removes you from the list. You can also ask us to remove your email at any time. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting the Site.
